Chris Jones Executive Director A shareholder since 1999, Chris has over 25 years of experience in retail and consumer goods in NZ ,Australia and globally. He has worked for a number of blue chip brands including Cadbury, Eveready, Pacific Brands, Rodney Wayne and Bayleys. With industry experience in retail, franchising and FMCG Chris has an extensive knowledge of developing and managing client specific customer experience and front line performance improvement programs. In his role as Executive Director Chris is focussed on providing leadership to the Market Pulse group, working with our key clients globally and driving the business development effort. Email. CJones@MarketPulseInternational.com Nick Hall Client Service Manager – Oil & Petroleum Nick graduated from Auckland University with a BSC in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Technology. He has worked in a variety of roles within the Research and FMCG industries with prior positions within Heinz, AC Nielsen, NZ Dairy Board and Cerebos Gregg’s. Nick has been with Market Pulse since early 2007 managing the global Chevron team from our Auckland offices. Nick is a keen sportsman majoring in Badminton, Touch Rugby and Golf! Email. Karina Corlett Account Manager Karina Corlett achieved a bachelor of graphic design and is currently studying a post graduate diploma majoring in marketing management. Prior to joining Market Pulse in 2008 Karina worked in the retail industry for the past six years working in New Zealand and Italy. Karina's great love for food and wine drew her to live in Italy for a couple of years in between working and studies. Email. KCorlett@MarketPulseInternational.com Chelsea Robertson Account Manager Chelsea began her career at Market Pulse in February 2008 within the Operations Team where she gained a detailed understanding of the operational workings of our client solutions. This experience combined with a background in the Retail industry as a Duty Manager, puts Chelsea in a great position to work with our clients in developing the best possible Customer Experience programs. Chelsea manages client accounts from set-up to delivery with a focus on driving the programs forward and continually delivering key results. Following graduation Alana joined our Research team where she utilized her research skills, dealing with a range of clients and managing various projects. Alana re-joined the business in 2009 after a 1 year sabbatical overseas and is now focused on our customer experience measurement programs as Account Manager on a number of our leading NZ clients. With an excellent Marketing & Research background, Alana brings a new perspective to these programs alongside her passion for high levels of customer service at every step. Email. Eddie Parada Business Development Manager - Australia Eddie has an extensive professional background, having worked across multiple sales and service industries both in Australia and overseas with such companies as Movenpick, Sony, and Coles Meyer. His experience includes hospitality, retail, sales, and marketing, as well as Frontline Performance Management gained several years ago when working for Market Pulse Australia. Eddie has recently re-joined the team with a fresh perspective gained from working the retail frontline. In this role Eddie is excited to be overseeing the Australian market with a focus on fostering new relationships and exceeding our current client needs with his enthusiastic energy and attention to detail. Tony has a come from Motorola as a Account manager and possesses a extensive Telecommunications background, he brings with him 8 years experience in corporate sales, retail sales and retail operations. Stepping into the role as the Account Manager, Tony will be highly focused of delivering evaluation and performance improvement programs. Email. TCorreia@MarketPulseInternational.com Lauren Mathews Account Executive Lauren has recently joined the sales team in 2009 and has extensive experience most recently with Lion Nathan Limited as well as with Qantas First Lounge Head Concierge and as reservations manager with Sir Stamford Hotels. Her customer service background, management and strong administrative experience has prepared her well for her new role as Account Executive- Australia. Email. LaurenM@MarketPulseInternational.com Amber Jay Account Manager Amber gained a certificate in Veterinary Nursing from Unitec Institute Of Technology in 1999. She has worked in a variety of retail roles over the past 10 years and has gained extensive retail knowledge from this experience. Some of her roles include working for the SPCA, Estee Lauder and Lancome as a Counter manager. She also work for two years in an administrative role for ETITO which is the Electro Technology Industry training organization. Since 2007, Amber has worked for Chevron managing the reporting and fieldwork requirements for multiple countries. In 2008 she became the Regional Client Service Representative for Caltex New Zealand. This role includes the day to day running of the account, managing the hotline, contacting suppliers, managing fieldwork and reporting for 165 sites throughout New Zealand. Throughout both these roles Amber has built an extensive knowledge of the Mystery Shopping and Retail Audit programs and has recently been promoted to the role of Account manager – Caltex Australia-Australia. Khun Pom Sales/Client Services Manager – SEA Khun Pom graduated from Silpakorn University , Thailand with a BBA and Diploma from Oxford Brooks University, England and was a founding employee when the Market Pulse Thailand office opened in 2000. Khun Pom has progressed from client support roles to account management of all key clients in SEA since 2003 and has extensive knowledge of the retail market in SEA.
